A fierce curiosity has led Ruthie to study and practice with many inspirational teachers. She did her first teacher training in 1998 with David Swenson. She went on to study further with David and other Ashtanga mentors such as Nancy Gilgoff, Manju Jois and David Wlliams. Her yoga practice led her to teacher trainings with Seane Corn, Bryan Kest, Baron Baptiste and Jonny Kest.
Ruthie uses the resources from her many trainings over the years to teach to the energy within the room. She encourages a balance emphasizing the foundations of stability and alignment with the breath, locks and gaze.

She has conducted yoga therapy classes for seniors in the Council on Aging in Port Huron, MI and has worked with individuals with various medical conditions, multiple sclerosis, fibromyalgia, depression and heart disease to mention a few.
Yoga philosophy is at the heart of Debi’s yoga practice and teaching, and she incorporates mudra, chanting, meditation, pranayama and asana into a practice aimed at the discovery that we are all meant to make; that we are whole and not separate from all that we perceive around us.

Combining her education in nursing, holistic nutrition and massage therapy along side of her experience of overcoming a life threatening illness, Stephanie believes in looking at each of her students as a whole to achieve health and wellness.
Stephanie is currently registered with the Yoga Alliance and has studied with David WIlliams, Beryl Bender-Birch, Seane Corn, Melanie Smith, Matthew Sanford and Anodea Judith.

He completed his 200 hour teacher training at Yogaphoria under Melanie Smith and Karin Eisen. He is registered with the Yoga Alliance and has has studied with David Williams, Seane Corne and Matthew Sanford.
Chris enjoys an active lifestyle and has a passion for the outdoors, which he incorporates into his classes. His vinyassa flow classes range from calming and meditative to challenging and playful.

Theresa Belletiere

Theresa’s teaching style is fun and playful, with a strong focus on proper body alignment and safety. Her classes are well balanced with breathing exercises, postures, visualization and relaxation. She offers a time for energizing as well as rejuvenation for body, mind, and spirit. Theresa loves teaching and is attentive, designing her classes to fit the individual needs of her students.
Theresa has a deep passion for dance/movement. She’s studied various forms of Ecstatic and authentic dance with Vinn Marti, Gabrielle Roth, Steve Chlorefeine, Turkish Bellydance with “V”, and modern dance/performance with Linda Mench from The Moving Company in NY.
She has completed her two year Herbalist training at David Winston’s Center for Herbal Studies and will graduate from the third year Herbal Therapeutics program in October 2011. She’s a member of the American Herbalist Guild, currently practicing Family Herbal Therapeutics in the Lehigh Valley, and can be reached for private herbal/nutritional consultations and workshops at 570-350-6561.
