Elevation Yoga studio and it’s students are committed to taking our practice off of our yoga mats. There are many ways we put this into action in the Lehigh Valley. We have participated in Habitat For Humanity’s Women Build. For further information about what Habitat for Humanity does please refer to  habitatlehighvalley.org.  Another local outreach program that has our attention is The Program for Women and Families in Allentown. This program works to provide support for incarcerated women helping to break the cycle of hopelessness, abuse, criminality and economic dependence. Beyond the Lehigh Valley we have been drawn globally to the continent of Africa . Most recently, the country of Malawi and the work of Ministry of Hope has pulled at our hearts.  Ministry of Hope works very closely with the growing number of orphans affected by the Aids pandemic.
